Job description

CUSTOMER RETENTION OFFICER - IMMEDIATE HIRING

JOB DETAILS:

-Work Location: Bukit Jalil

-Preferable those own transportations.

-Working Days: Monday – Sunday (5 working days, 2 off days rotational)

-Working Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm / 10:00 am – 7:00 pm

-Joining Date: 3 April 2023 (Immediate Hiring)

-Salary Package: Fixed Basic salary RM 2,000 + Fixed Allowance RM 400 + Commission Unlimited

REQUIREMENTS:

-Candidate must possess at least a Passed SPM/ STPM, Diploma & Bachelor's Degree, in any discipline or equivalent.

-Fresh graduate & applicant with good communication is encouraged to apply

-Preferably applicant with Customer Service & Telemarketing experience

-20 Full-Time and Contract position(s) available

-First contract is 3-month duration - Renewal upon performance record

-Required Language(s): Applicant must be multilingual with English as a primary language and BM as a secondary -language (Mandarin or Tamil proficiency is a plus point)

-Malaysian nationality

-Able to start work immediately – 29 May 2023

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

-Responsible to support the daily operation of Retention department.

-Responsible to retain Company’s customer by resolving any issue related to Company’s products and services, address customer’s inquiries, provide first time resolution, collect overdue amount, and offer any potential offerings that would benefit the customer and Company’s

-He/she must contribute to improve customer retention and reduce churn

-Track contracts that are soon to be expired and contact customers for renewals

-Develop product presentations and demonstrations to customers.

-Analyse customer feedback and develop new techniques to ensure customer retention

-Provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.

-Build positive working relationships with customers for repeat businesses.

-Explain customers about new products and benefits.

-Make sales calls to existing and new customers for business growth.

-Perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both business and customer perspectives.

-Must achieve KPI’s scoring set by Company’s
