E-COMMERCE MANAGER
Job Objective:
Responsible for developing and executing strategies on an E-commerce platform to improve sales,
profitability, and market share.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Developing strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.
2. Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms.
3. Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
4. Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.
5. Managing and executing promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
6. Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.
7. Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
8. Regular content review, development and updating content based on brand directions, new product launches, changes in product portfolio and the like.
9. Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks.
10. Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
11. Develop and manage all aspects of web analytics and consumer/shopper insights related to online retailing and ensure accurate measurement of return on investment.
12. Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
