THE POSITION:
As Talent Acquisition Partner you will be the primary point of contact and you will lead the talent acquisition activities for multiple EVERSANA divisions in Europe and UK. You will be a key contributor to the success of our growth in the region, by sourcing and selecting top talent in a fast-paced, agile, and dynamic organization.
You will report to Director, Human Resources Europe, and will collaborate with other HR global functions, the global recruitment team, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies, to achieve hiring goals, to create a best-in-class candidate experience, and to build long-term relationships.
The role is home office-based, (full-time position), ideally located in Ireland, UK, Switzerland, or Poland. Eligible candidates should have a valid work permit in the European Union, or the UK.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet various staffing goals across all levels within multiple divisions
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing channels
- Promote the Employee Referral Program
- Filter and interview all qualified candidates
- Organize interviews and follow-up to obtain feedback & track candidate status
- Manage communication with candidates, to communicate their status in the process and to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
- Maintain and improve recruiting processes that align with EVERSANA global recruiting needs (e.g., data integrity, reporting, etc.)
- Act as Ambassador for company Cultural Beliefs and provide counsel on company benefits
- Negotiate employment offers with selected candidates
- Update candidate records and status in the recruiting system
- Leverage market data to effectively influence and drive recruiting efforts
- Build the recruitment network and contribute to promoting the employer branding in the region
- Establish long term relationships with professional networks and recruitment agencies
- Maintain activity and project tracking reports
- Pull regular and ad hoc reports on recruitment analytics
- Remain up-to-date on hiring regulations
- All other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting, gained as in-house recruiter and in agency
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting across geographies in Europe
- Strong understanding of hiring regulations within the European region and UK
- Previous experience of working in a multinational environment is a must
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other Applicant Tracking Systems is required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
- Strong project management skills, structured working style
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with all levels
- Strong customer focus and acting with a sense of urgency
- Adaptable to changes, flexibility to accommodate changing priorities, strong ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects.

- Fluency in English is required, any additional EU languages would be beneficial
