Position Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the planning, analysis, testing, documentation, and delivery of accurate health and wellness data between Asset Health and external clients/vendors. This position ensures the timely receipt, processing, reporting, and delivery of data including but not limited to participant activity data, incentives, and program/change impact analysis. This includes both manual and system pre/post processing analysis of data for accuracy and consistency with known specifications. The position requires interfacing with internal teams including IT and Account Services to confirm the accuracy of data including any necessary issue analysis and resolution.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan, process, and document current and future client data requests
- Research, analyze, and recommend solutions to ensuring data integrity
- Provide support for health and wellness data analysis, program change impact, testing processes, and analysis and report designs
- Perform data analysis, testing matrices, and error analysis on data processing activities including:
- wellness programs participation
- outcomes
- demographics
- biometrics
- Interface with internal teams including IT and Account Services
- Communicate with internal teams related to business and technical requirements
- Develop, maintain, document, and execute test cases in both manual and automated systems
- Drive compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and prioritize releases
- Process incoming and outgoing requests for work across departments

- Software: Tableau, Sisense, or equivalent reporting software
- Data file types: Fixed Width, CSV, XML, XLS, TXT
- Knowledge of Healthcare & medical industry terminology and applicability including:
- Eligibility (Census & Enrollment)
- Demographics
- Biometrics
- Claims
- Activity
- Incentives
- Business requirements, i.e. test plans, KPI, project plans, etc.
- Functional requirements, i.e. file specifications, data flow diagrams, use case, testing matrix, etc.
- Software testing concepts, practices, and procedures
- Quality control best practices and methodologies in a software environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (Economics, Business Intelligence, Finance, Health Administration, Data Analytics or a related field)
Professional Experience
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word
License or Certification
- Not required
