As part of Human Resources Shared Service Center – Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility, your mission will be to lead recruitment projects for ArcelorMittal in Luxembourg and interact within a diverse internal & external stakeholders: network to propose candidates and solutions to make our organization sustainable and to bring strong support to people development within Luxembourg. You will be in charge of apprenticeship, on boarding process and strategic talent acquisition projects to support the ArcelorMittal organization accordingly for today and tomorrow.
Mission

- Manage the apprenticeship process: select, recruit, administrate, support within their journey the apprentices according to the ArcelorMittal in Luxembourg needs, moderate the schools network and develop a full ecosystem accordingly within the “Grande-Région”.
- Renew and manage the” on boarding” process
- Oversight and support the organization for various recruitment actors: interim, internships, apprentices, temporary or permanent contracts, blue or white collars and exempts.
- Build and moderate a regional and accurate eco-system of partners to “source” the organization according to the strategic orientations of ArcelorMittal in Luxembourg as well as the business current and future needs
- Promote ArcelorMittal as an employer of choice within the “Grande Region” and manage the communication to support resourcing and recruitment process through internal (Oracle) and external channels (LinkedIn, …), fairs and social media.
- Work collaboratively within the HR Shared Services’ teams and with HR business partners to provide support, advice and expertise in the area of resourcing, recruitment, internal mobility and redeployment and provide proactive inputs on the future of workforce and workplace for our industry within our environment.
- Bring support and expertise in the area of talents acquisition and support the organization to develop capabilities accordingly.
- Manage transverse projects within people development.

Experience:
- Min. 5 years of experience acquired within the area of resourcing, recruitment and redeployment
- A significative and relevant experience under the Luxembourg labor law framework is required
- Previous experience in sourcing via social media tools is preferable
- Experience/knowledge of the general industry or steel market/products/production process is an advantage
- IT/IS systems skills: HR platforms, SAP, Oracle and ability with reporting/data
- Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels of the organization, internally and externally
- Having a proven experience within the target area as well as credibility as business partner
- Ability to act and operate independently to accomplish objectives
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, other departments and within an Ecosystem of partners to maximize performance, initiatives, problem solving, and results
- Ability to lead community of practices, challenge the status-quo and navigate during uncertain times.
