Social Media Coordinator
We are a car rental company based in Johannesburg looking for a Social Media Coordinator to work in our offices based in Halfway House, Midrand. We are looking for an individual who is able to generate sales leads through social media.
We require an all-rounder who has experience dealing with the end-to-end management of successful campaigns across digital channels to drive leads and sales for our clients.

The Role
- Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and
- Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts
- Respond to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
- Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
- Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
- Serve as a point of contact for the company’s social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc
- Know your way around the ad platforms and a spreadsheet
- Have incredible attention to detail and won’t stop till the job is done
- (Genuinely) obsessed and fascinated by the true potential of digital
Requirements:
- Business or Marketing Degree
- Social Media Marketing Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years' demonstrated, relevant experience working in a social media marketing environment and complex organization
- Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate complex messages in simple language for better buy-in and tell a compelling story.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Salary: R10 000 - R15 000 (depending on qualification and experience)
