GE Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) department is responsible for managing and planning all financial activities of VNGGames. This includes financial planning, performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, strategic decision support as well as process improvement. FPA ensures accurate financial reporting, provides insights for informed decision-making, effective resource allocation and optimizes financial outcomes to support the VNGGames business objectives.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FP&A, Senior Executive to join our FPA department of VNGGames. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing financial data system/processes, providing analysis, insights with data-driven and supporting GE BU to achieve financial performance. You will collaborate closely with FPA team members, FA Corp, FIS as well as business teams to deliver your responsibilities.

• Perform monthly rolling forecast, quarterly business review and annual budgeting with high quality and timeliness.
• Proactively set up/update financial system to adapt with business changes. Coordinate with team members and cross-function teams frequently and effectively.
• Review and ensure actual data from Accounting books to Management reports accurately and timely.
• Build and/or maintain trusted and useful reports/dashboards to support business units and line manager to timely manage KPis and drive GE BU performance.
• Analyze financial and operational performance and recommend actions for improving resource allocation in line with short-term goals and long-term strategies.
• Establish a strong commitment to proactive budget management, cost tracking system.
• Build and implement internal processes, workflows related to financial planning and budget management.
• Engage work in a data-centric manner by leveraging internal financial data combined with external data sources with the purpose of financial analysis, forecasting, budget and performance analysis.
• Performs other analysis as required, support IFRS project on progress and quality.

University graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance/Auditing/Accounting.

1. Competencies & Skills

• Effective data analytical and problem solving skills.
• Familiar with financial and management reporting, data-centric management.
• Proficiency in in Microsoft office.
• Effective written & verbal communication, both in English and Vietnamese .
• Strong integrity, self-motivated, agile, proactive attitude and able to embrace challenges.

2. Nice to have

• Excellence in Oracle/Hyperion/Tableau is a strong plus.
• Big 4 audit experience from 3 years is an advantage.
