Job Description

This role will be reporting directly to the President Director. They are looking for someone who will be able to lead the sales team and drive business initiatives. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Leading and mentoring the sales team, fostering a high performance culture
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in local and international markets
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 10 years working experience and in Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Strategic thinker with results driven approach
  • Ability to travel as required
