Job Role: Lash Artist

Established since 2022 in London, now brought to Qatar. We are looking to hire someone motivated to join the team and enthusiastically be challenged to learn the latest techniques to uniquely tailor lash styles according to each client.

Requirements:
- Experience = Over 6 months experience in the Lashing industry (Required)
- Education = High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- English speaking – Mandatory (Arabic is a plus but not necessary)
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn new lashing techniques
- Patient
- Effective customer experience & communication skills (can conversate with clients)
- Attentive to detail & creative
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Not very conservative
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and greetings clients
- Ability to build & maintain client relationships to encourage loyalty.
- Providing Consultations for New clients
- Lash inventory management
- Maintaining good standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Tailoring lash styles based on clients eye shape
- Ensuring workstations are kept clean, disinfecting of lash tools and equipment before each use
- Providing a therapeutic bedside manner (calm positive energy)
- Taking Before and After pictures of your work
- Social Media (Instagram management 1 -2 times weekly)
- Opening & closing the salon according to standards
- Practicing on a mannequin for training purposes
Employment offer:
- Job Type = Full Time
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration = 2 years of employment (Renewable upon successful job performance overview)
- Working Hours = 48 hours/ week (A bonus system and Tips will be applied + Continuing education support))
Sunday – Thursday: 9:30am – 6pm (8.5 hrs shift)
Saturday: 10am -3:30pm (5.5 hrs shift)
First month of employment for training purposes (4pm -11pm)
Basic Salary = $1100 (4000 QR)
Included in the basic salary:
- Transportation = 200 QR
- Accommodation = 1500 QR
- Food = 800 QR
- Medical care = A Qatar Resident Medical Card will be provided upon arrival.
- Annual Leave = A minimum of 21 days paid vacation after six months of probation.
