Leadership & Development Operations Lead
Who we are
The opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic L&D operations lead to join our growing L&D team Manage the global operations and support of Teva's learning and development digital offerings as well as programs delivery.
Provide operational management, data insights and support to the Learning and Development team responsible for employee development. You will work as part of the Learning and Development team on the creation, delivery, and reporting of key learning activities.
How you’ll spend your day
- Work with key stakeholders to proactively support the delivery of programmes across the business.
- Maintain and update internal website, community pages and learning material
- Generate reports and business insights on all learning activities on a quarterly basis and as needed utilizing internal dashboards
- Liaise with suppliers and IT to support external learning platform integration and reporting
- Support the design and development of customized workshops and materials (including slides and workbooks), ensuring that material is version controlled, professionally presented, and regularly updated.
- Manage the Learning & Development mailbox by responding to all queries timeously
- Support internal stakeholders (HR) on an ongoing basis (access issues, HR playlist, content curation for business units)
- Work with key stakeholders to proactively manage the delivery of internal workshops, including creating and maintaining training schedules, sending invitations, monitoring enrolments, and communicating with L&D stakeholders
Your experience and qualifications
- Fluent in English- reading, writing, and speaking
- Great project management skills and analytical skills (Excel is must, Qliksense advantage)
- Passionate about adopting new technologies and independently experimenting and troubleshooting with digital tools
- Experience with Excel, PPT, digital authoring tool and technologies (Storyline/Rise Articulate 360, LMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Preference for people with an experience in learning and development units/teams
- Experience working in a global and preferably large organizations with global teams
- Ability to multitasking, problem solving and resourcefulness
