Responsibilities:
- Work closely with global and regional account management team to lead or support the preparation and submission of tenders for global and strategic customers
- Analyse tender specifications and liaise with countries mainly in the APAC region for accurate and timely responses
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including local offices and central procurement teams to ensure high quality and competitive offers
- Develop a project plan and for adequate pricing analysis, internal review and evaluation in-line with the global tender management process
- Maintain record of tenders in internal reports and tender document management system
- Leading/involve in meeting with cross region stakeholder to give advice or provide analysis from Tender Management perspective to achieve corporate goal.
- Other assignments and participation in related projects, as required
Requirement:
- Advanced MS-Excel is mandatory
- Ability to utilize software efficiently eg. Ariba/Jagger/etc.
- Fast-thinker, Problem solver and strong aptitude for numbers
- Good interpersonal skills and understanding of cultural diversity
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
