Rotating Equipment Especialist (On Site)

SGF Global is looking for a Rotating Equipment Especialist, for Oil & Gas enterprise in Venezuela.
Requirements:
- The primary skill the Rotating Equipment SME should handle is vibrational analysis to detect symptoms early and avoid further catastrophic damages.
- Some critical rotating equipment, such as compressors, could represent a significant OPEX increase.
- The SME candidate must be capable of speaking English at the intermediate level and have more than 16 years of experience, and be certified in Vibration Analysis level III minimum.
- Some of the activities led by the Rotating Equipment SME would be:
- Support the assessment of vibrational analysis and distribution of findings for critical rotating equipment
- Increase the knowledge of PP rotating engineers for a better gathering of data through System One, and its interpretation
- Increase the knowledge of PP exceptional equipment engineers for monitoring equipment configuration associated with rotating equipment
- Keep track of critical functions of CCC, Bently Nevada systems and Allen Bradley
- Early alerts associated with deviations and abnormal conditions of rotating equipment
- Also, the Rotating Equipment SME could contribute in:
- Increase the level of analysis for PHAs, RCAs, FMEA, etc
- Support the closure of PHAs recommendations
- Creation of routine preventive maintenance job plans for compressors, fan coolers, pumps and turbines
- Create a plan to establish the safety function system maintenance and operation requirement according to industry best practices.
