Job Description
As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. Responsible for developing and implementing systems to compile information for various federal, state and local reports. Ensures timely and accurate filing of tax returns. Recommends ways to minimize corporate tax through use of tax laws and regulations. May administer international tax laws and regulations. Plans and schedules work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks. Uses judgement in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes.

Qualifications
� Minimum 8-10 years in practical China tax experiences in big four or a multi-national company (both is preferred); Asia related tax experience is a plus
� Solid knowledge and practical experience of PRC tax laws and regulations and CAS on tax treatments
� Excellent communication skills with both external stakeholders (e.g., tax authorities and tax advisors) and internal stakeholders (e.g. BU, Site, Global Tax and other teams/functions within the organization)
� Strong problem-solving skills and highly result driven
� Strong communication and presentation skills
� Excellent command of English
