Service Sales Engineer

As a service sales engineer for Motion Business Area in Hangzhou, Ningbo, China, you will be responsible for promoting service product (include retrofit business) and digital product in assigned market reaching the budget and targets set (incl. OR, EBIT, Revenue and GM) and to maximize profitable growth for ABB in service.

Your responsibilities
- Providing service product promotion of Motor and generator for ABB's customer, improve the customers’ satisfaction and generate service business request
- Organizing existing install base, support local BOL
- Being familiar and using the tools to support replacement motor solutions for both export and domestic market.
- Maintaining existing customer relationship well, actively develop new customer teamwork
- Communicating and assisting other area sales or other team to fulfill the work target together
Your background
- Sc. bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer science or software engineering
- Experience in motor / generator / VFD service sales 3 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fast learner with good communication skills
- English CET-4 or above
