Site Engineer (Architect)
A Detailed Oriented individual capable of handling teams and executions of work in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- In Liaison with the Project Manager to ensure that technical requirements of the Project are met with subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives.
- Thoroughly analyse the drawings, site condition and get a good understanding on our SOW
- To Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- To ensure that all materials used, and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
- To Arrange storage space in site for arrival of materials & ensure proper storage of materials
- To ensure that all product delivered on the site is damage free.
- In case of damage to inform the relevant department in time and seek and exchange.
- To agree a price for purchase of local materials with Project Manager and make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
- Manage, monitor, and ensure successful execution of contractual design supplied by the client.
- liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
- To attend meeting along with the Project Manager to keep the clients informed of progress of the project.
- Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.

- Organize site facilities and plan work efficiently to meet agreed deadlines.
- Along with the Project Manager to ensure a smooth handover of the Project to the Client.
- Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
- Support & administer the QA / QC procedure
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Ensure all activities & actions are executed as agreed with the Main Contractor’s Contract and Subcontractor’s Contracts.
- Performs any other task/duties that is assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field.
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Experience as a Fit-out works
- Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Experience overseeing a construction project.
- Budget management experience.
