Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive employee welfare programs and initiatives.
- Manage and monitor employee wellness benefits such as health, dental, and vision care.
- Identify and address all employees' concerns related to welfare, including health and safety issues.
- Plan and execute relevant training and workshops to promote employee wellness.
- Work with various departments to ensure compliance with welfare policies and regulations.
- Regularly collect and analyze feedback from employees to identify areas of improvement in welfare programs.
- Develop and maintain a budget for all welfare-related programs and initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- At least 8+ years of experience in employee welfare management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
