Haltian provides to our clients Internet of Things solutions and technology for smart offices and other buildings. We have presence in 6 countries and customers in more than 35 countries, including some of the biggest companies of the globe. With our 140 employees, 20 M€ revenue and recent major funding round, we have got our business good growth, and have a solid strategy to proceed for coming years.
About the Role
We are now looking for a capable, forward-looking CFO to strengthen and run our financial team. You get to create your own job – we expect you to be an expert in your field and tell us what is important from your point of view. Here is what we think you could help us with:
- Taking our financial processes, analysis and strategic business planning to the next level in our continuous growth
- Supporting our growth and international expansion to new countries, and efficiently managing our growing operations in the US, Netherlands and Norway
- Continuously developing and improving our financial forecasting & reporting to different stakeholders
- Working in close co-operation with business teams and supporting them in e.g., business cases planning, analyzing and reporting.
- Needed growth funding arrangements
- Continue to develop and improve our financial tools, (e.g., ERP NetSuite) and financial processes
You will report to the Haltian CEO Pasi Leipälä and lead the 4 persons finance team. You will also be a key member of the Haltian leadership team.

An ideal background that will help you to succeed in this position
- You have already gained solid experience in the financial field in relevant positions. You have insight in both, internal and external finance management and you have been leading a team on experts
- You have experience with growth companies, also from an international point of view and related finance activities - international subsidiaries, funding arrangements and possible M&A activities
- You have excellent interaction and communication skills in English
- You have experience with any ERP (enterprise resource planning system), for example from a development perspective
