Job Description

工作内容及要求:

保单行政:保单初审与交接、保单时效追踪、问题件处理追踪、续收追踪 就公司核保、保全等后援运营流程向销售队伍进行宣导培训

单证与行销辅助品管理:负责本机构内单证及行销辅助品的征订和分发、按公司要求进行重控单证的交接、系统登记和回销等工作

督促销售人员完成回执回访相关工作,配合进行客户投诉处理 银保通系统出单支持

定期追踪资格证到期情况,追踪、协助销售人员进行续证工作

配合机构人员招聘、新人入司、人员离职等相关工作,及时开设与维护系统架构与代码

做好CM/BSM的考勤记录、请假记录、考核资料填写,检查并按时上传团队活动量管理工具,进行活动量管理及追踪 银行手续费率系统设置申请、手续费结算相关工作

报表:基础报表、竞赛追踪报表、渠道报送报表 协助CM组织策划银行各类销售活动、产说会等,通过职场布置及业绩追踪,营造团队销售及竞赛氛围,推动销售业绩达成

机构费用报销

完成各项合规报告

职场与办公用品管理等其他行政工作

及时报告工作过程中所发现的违规事件或潜在风险,并提出纠正或改进建议;

完成上级安排的其他工作任务。

遵守监管机构制定的各项规章制度;

遵守公司制定的各项规章制度,若中宏已参与regional & global 的各类工作项目,员工需遵照regional & global 相关规则和制度进行;

遵守公司或所在部门制定的业务操作流程;

录用条件:

知识 / 技能 / 学历

本科及以上学历,精算、保险、金融、医学类相关专业

三年以上银保销售支持岗工作经验,了解银保渠道运营流程 良

好的中英文沟通表达能力

熟悉银保市场产品情况

有卓越的个人学习力能力及带领学习型团队的能力

有为销售人员及客户服务的精神和态度

熟练运用Office办公软件

关键绩效指标( 按重要性排列

差错率低于2%

渠道满意度不低于90%
