You're already an experienced customer services supervisor, and you're ready to take on a new role with our client operations team at Fliway. The What and Who...
Reporting to the Client Operations Manager, you'll be providing the day to day dedicated operational support to develop a pro-active relationship with nominated Key Customer Accounts. You'll have a clear understanding of the business needs and goals for these customer accounts while supporting the team to ensure reports are done on time and KPI's are within our customer's contractual requirements.
You'll be continually managing and reviewing internal and external processes associated with service delivery of both the company and the customers to maximise opportunities for service enhancement and improvement. You'll be meeting on a regular basis with the nominated clients to discuss service provision, promote and develop further opportunities for business growth, service expansion and improvement. You'll be auditing the operations compliance based on the SLA, and ensure the team members are well trained and delivering based on the SLA as well.
Previous working knowledge of a customer service role or key account support role within transport, freight or logistics sectors will definitely be a bonus. But the core requirements of this role mean that you've got awesome attention to detail, a great customer style, strong communication skills and you thrive when delivering under pressure.
What's more, you'll be proficient at Microsoft Office applications, excellent at Excel and be a quick learner in other relevant systems, teamed with having strong problem-solving skills.
