Join our Rental Tool Pool Service team as a new Rental Lead.

Currently we look for a new Rental Lead to strengthen our team within Workover Systems.

We deliver Rental Tools to both national and international projects within the Subsea Service segment. Our Rental Tool Pool has wide range of tooling and systems for offshore operations such as Wellhead, Completion, Controls, Workover & Intervention.

Tool Pool is set up for re-use and reducing carbon print in our business.

We are continuously investing in new technologies and expanding our Tool Pool. We are working close with Commercial team, Projects and our Global Tool Pool organization.

Lead Rental Tool Pool - Workover Systems

Job description

• Provide tooling to TechnipFMC Subsea Installations & Life of Field operations domestic and international.
• Actively work to optimize utilization of tooling.
• Work with Service Lines and projects to have tools ready for operations.
• Proactively work to reduce lead time and cost for the various maintenance activities.
• Make sure tools are stored in good conditions.
• Follow up delivering of new tooling.
• Support Tender activities.
• Work on LEAN / improvement projects

You are meant for this job if you have

• Minimum 5 years' work experience within the Energy industry preferably within Workover Systems
• Experience with SAP
• A high degree of flexibility and a take great ownership of your work
• The skills to work independently and find your own improvement projects.
• Capabilities for commercial mindset
• A drive for accomplishing customer success and work as a team player
• Focus on continuously raising standards and contribute to solve challenges.
• Data & Analytical skills
• Solid communication skills (Norwegian and English)
