Reporting to the Area Manager, the role of Clinic Manager at Laser Clinics Botany is to lead, coach, inspire and drive the performance of their teams and their clinic business.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Continually assess the performance of each treatment category within the clinic
• Plan and manage staffing requirements of the business to ensure adequate coverage and labour productivity
• Lead the team to deliver on our Customer Value Proposition (CVP)
• Ensure that marketing promotions and campaigns are executed in clinic
• Manage the timely submission and accuracy of all financial areas of the business including payroll, time and attendance and invoice payments

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A strong background in retail, sales, people management and leadership (ideally 1-2 years as a store or clinic manager)
• A background in retail, hair and beauty or service industries is highly regarded
• Organised, immaculately groomed, and highly discreet
