Our AI medical software is developed in close partnership with radiologists and breast cancer centers. We utilize AI models to support the daily work of radiologists and the radiographers in breast imaging. We are based in Stettbach / Zurich and expanding quickly across Europe.
We are looking for a Deployment Manager to manage our relationships with, and delivery to, our customers. Your contribution will play a key role in our company. There is therefore significant scope to shape the function as our selected candidate best sees fit.
Our AI medical software is developed in close partnership with radiologists and breast cancer centers. We develop AI technology to support the daily work of radiologists and the radiographers in breast imaging. We are based in Stettbach / Zurich and expanding quickly across Europe.

Main Tasks
    • Installation and commissioning of products into end customer hospitals and radiology sites.
    • Managing technical pre-sales support including site surveys, information security responses etc.
    • Collaborate with our engineering and developing teams to design and implement new features and services.
    • Assist and support existing and new customers in technical aspects of our solutions and in their integration into the customers’ IT environment.
    • Inform and train customers in the proper use of our solutions in order to enhance customer experience and keep customer satisfaction high.
    • Implement and maintain processes for information security.
    • Delivery of global customer support to direct customers and to partners to specified service levels.
You Offer
    • You have 5+ years’ experience within enterprise IT and/ customer support function
    • You have a sound knowledge of digital technologies and AI technologies.
    • You are experienced in working in cross-functional teams
    • You have a track record in providing consulting services, configuring and customizing products to meet complex customer requirements.
    • You show agility and creativity to work at emerging market phase and ability to be methodical and structured to clear the way for scaling
    • You are an active listener and have a passion for service.
    • You are a team player, have a positive mindset with a strong can-do attitude.
    • You speak German, English and preferably also French.
    • You are open to travel (20%) and visit customers on-site.
