Position Overview
  • Your role is to develop and implement effective marketing strategies on the Facebook platform.
  • You will be responsible for creating and managing Facebook advertising campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving user engagement and conversions.
  • Your expertise in leveraging Facebook's advertising tools and understanding of target audience behavior will be crucial in achieving marketing objectives and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across a broad range of digital marketing channels with the main focus in Facebook.
  • Manage Facebook advertising campaigns: Create, launch, and monitor Facebook ad campaigns using Ads Manager or other relevant tools. Set up targeting parameters, ad creative, and budget allocation. Regularly analyze campaign performance, make data-driven optimizations, and report on key metrics.
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation: Identify and understand target audience characteristics, interests, and behaviors. Leverage Facebook's targeting capabilities to create segmented audiences and deliver personalized ad experiences.
  • Optimize ad performance: Monitor ad performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA). Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creative, messaging, and targeting. Continuously refine campaigns to improve ROI and meet performance targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and Facebook updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling ad content, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Gather insights and track campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for future campaigns and optimizations.
  • Other related responsibilities assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing/performance marketing.
  • Experience with copy-writing and design for e-commerce preferred.
  • Basic video editing and design skills preferred.
  • Experience with agency or direct to consumer e-commerce preferred.
  • It's a bonus if you have prior experience starting things from the ground-up.
  • Results oriented - This role requires you to bring in results constantly.
