What is the job about?
As our new Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the performance of a production area in our electronics factory in Bjerringbro, through task guidance, coaching, direction setting and motivation of the employees. You will be a part of leadership team that consist of 7 Supervisor colleagues, who has the responsibility for the APU. Characteristic for us, is that we solve our challenges internal smoothly and efficiently. As part of everyday task, you will be responsible for optimization of the production processes and procedures.

In collaboration with your colleagues in the supervisor team and the employees you work together towards a unified purpose, namely solving the many different challenges that comes your way. Ensuring that there is a good team spirit is important because the positivity will propel everyone in the right direction working towards a common goal that you define.



Your main responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the employees know the strategy and direction for the plant, and initiate actions
  • Having a holistic approach, training and continuously developing employees through a coaching and learning approach using processes and standards
  • Being able to handle ambiguity and a changing work setting with shifting priorities
  • Engage everyone in continuous improvement activities
  • Facilitate the production areas
  • Identify and understand key information and transfer it to others in a clear and efficient way

Your background:
You can adhere our values on accountability, collaboration and customer centricity and have an exceptional drive, where you use planning and organizing to ensure momentum. As a person you are interested in production optimization and people management. You have a structured approach to your tasks, and you are the visible leader who likes to be where things happen - even when things are going fast, or things are going awry. At the same time, it is important that you are a strong motivator and manage to inspire your employees through a coaching management style.


We imagine that you have:

  • A technical education as engineer, marine engineer or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with people management within production
  • Experience with elimination of the "7 Wastes"
  • A clear passion about avoiding overproduction
  • Fluency in Danish

Experience from an electronic production is an is an advantage.
