Amigos BPO is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Human Resource Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Human Resource Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment processes in the BPO industry. If you have a relevant HR degree and at least one year of recruitment experience in the BPO sector, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR team members to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and on-boarding.
  • Utilize social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and other job boards to post captivating job ads and attract top talent.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay informed about competitors' hiring strategies and tactics.
  • Maintain an active presence on our social media channels to promote our employer brand and engage with potential candidates.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, employees, and various stakeholders.
  • Deliver engaging presentations on HR-related topics to internal teams and external partners.
  • Proactively work towards meeting recruitment targets and goals.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with HR branches across different locations to ensure consistent practices and processes.
  • Conduct initial screening of applications and resumes to shortlist desirable candidates based on the defined criteria.
  • Communicate effectively with shortlisted candidates to set up interview schedules and manage the entire interview process.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and team leads to schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Follow up with candidates post-interview to provide feedback and updates on their application status.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system(ATS).
  • Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events to attract potential candidates.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven recruitment experience in the BPO industry.
  • Impeccable English language skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
  • Experience in social media management and adept at creating and posting compelling content.
  • Knowledge of competitors' hiring strategies and the ability to devise counter-tactics to attract top talent.
  • Active and influential presence on social media platforms.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly motivated and driven to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
  • Proven experience in screening and short listing candidates, demonstrating an ability to identify suitable talents for specific roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently set up interview schedules and follow-ups.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other team members effectively.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate and well-organized candidate records.
  • Knowledge of best practices in conducting interviews and providing constructive feedback to candidates.
