In this position, you and your team will oversee HR services for the Polish Country Organization and Eastern European Subregion. This includes supporting a manufacturing plant in Sroda Slaska, a Process Excellence Centre in Wroclaw, and a commercial team across other Eastern European countries.
YOUR TASKS:
  • Adopt and implement Armacell’s People Strategy and processes in the region
  • Promote employee engagement and nurture a positive work environment
  • Act as coaching Business Partner to the Senior Leaders and help them grow and develop their teams
  • Provide HR guidance to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with local labor law and regulations
  • Manage the day-to-day HR processes among other including recruitment, performance management, learning & development and compensation & benefits
  • Act as “people development” pillar leader of the Armacell continuous improvement program
  • Drive adaptation and good use of the HRIS (Workday) across managers and employees and act as change champion for the further digitalization of HR processes
  • Manage relations with key stakeholders including employee representation and trade unions
  • Coordinate accurate payroll services and benefits administration
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience of min. 5 years as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner, preferably in a multinational manufacturing company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and regulations in Poland and ideally of other Eastern European countries
  • Strong experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and employee development
  • Digitally skilled and competent handling of HRIS software, preferably Workday
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities, coupled with a proactive and results-driven approach
  • Fluent in Polish and English, both written and verbal
