About the Role:
In Ferrero, we value the delivery of our goods and products to arrive in the best conditions and in the most efficient way, and it is our Supply Chain Department who is responsible for ensuring the compliance with the standards and regulations as well.
For our Supply Chain Department, we are currently looking for a member, who will take part as an Import & Export Specialist who will be mainly responsible for import and export processes related with the plant processes. This is a Manisa based position, reporting to the Plant Supply Chain Manager directly.

Main Responsibilities:
- Follow up import & export operations for relevant materials and verifying that all documentation adheres to import policies and laws
- Co-ordinate export process for related materials starting from controlling all the necessities for customer including production plan of all finished goods that is going to be exported, take necessary actions for OTIF, create all the documents and coordinate all 3PL and in necessary cases, managing custom clearance imported raw materials and packing materials
- Coordinate all related stakeholders as a part of import/export operations (such as suppliers, internal customers, third party transportation companies and consultancies)
- Follow up import and export regulations, support documentation process for incentive usage at factory and coordinate consultancy relationship for incentives
- Prepare SCI reports related to responsible area
- Bring ideas and give insights for process optimization and cost savings
- Track the project execution progress related to optimization processes and supply chain strategy
- Evaluate continuously operation need for import & export processes and create alternatives to optimize warehouse and storage cost
- Ensure optimum truck and container utilization
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree,
- Preferably 3+ years’ experience,
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office,
- Fluency both in English and Turkish,
- Good planning and strong communication skills,
- Strong decision making and problem-solving ability,
- Project management experience and continuous improvement mindset
