Get to know the Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to help us with the expansion of our dine-in product. This product has already been rolled out in beta phases in Singapore and several other Southeast Asian markets. As the Lead Product Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end eater experience for Dine-in, with the primary focus on driving awareness and enabling eaters to discover their preferred restaurants.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with various platform teams, including search, consumer experience, and more, to deliver the best dine-in discovery experience for our users. Additionally, you will work closely with strategists and country leads to drive sales enablement and develop go-to-market (GTM) plans for the launch of this new service across Southeast Asia.

The key objective for this role is to achieve product-market fit and drive exponential growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure the successful adoption and rapid expansion of our dine-in service.

The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Gather requirements, conduct user research, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the team is focused on delivering high-impact projects

  • Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.

  • Oversee product launches, product marketing, and other go-to-market activities

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that the team's work is well-understood and well-supported.

The Must-Haves

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on consumer-facing digital products or services.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.

  • Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian market, particularly in the context of the dine-in experience (preferably)

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Analytical mindset and experience using data-driven insights to inform product decisions.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
