What Will You Be Doing?
- A Digital Specialist (Project Manager / Tech Lead) is a manage-level role reporting to APAC Digital lead and working actively with cross teams including technical and business teams in GHO & APAC and local vendors to support digital-related project execution and ongoing system maintenance.
- As a project manager role, this role is required to understand, develop, and coordinate a joint project plan and is also required to align/drive the priority of Project Tasks especially integration related task (or when plan changes).
- As a technical lead role, this role is required to understand, explain, and coordinate technical design with GHO technical teams and local vendors, from High Level to more detail for better cross-team productivity, for example effort, feasibility, risks, alternative of different designs. It includes OMS, PIM, O2O, WeChat, Web sites, POS, logistics systems, and financial integrations / reconciliations.
- As a technical lead role, this role is also required to provide visibility of functional design between GHO and vendors in China, interaction diagram, sequence diagram of integrations between GHO and China vendors. Support end to end QA or UAT.
What Do You Need To Bring?
- Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in relevant role or work.
- Fluent Chinese and English skills in writing and oral
- Good problem solving and communication skills.
- Working experience with Baozun is strongly desirable.
