- Responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Does field work and entertain in-house repairs for walk in clients.
- Capable of following different procedures as per client requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be an IT graduate or any related course.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an IT industry.
- Has a knowledge in LAN networking, firewall installation, hardware and software solutions troubleshooting.
