Erudite Tuition is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Academic Tutor across greater Melbourne to join our team. As an Academic Tutor, you will provide one-on-one online or in-person tutoring sessions to students at various academic levels. Your primary goal will be to assist students in achieving academic success by enhancing their understanding of the subject matter and improving their study skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong subject knowledge, and a passion for helping students excel academically.
Our tutors will primarily be tutoring after school hours or on weekends and travel up to 15 minutes to the client's home or an agreed-upon location. We also offer travel reimbursement for tutors which scales on the distance travelled. Ideally, tutors will be available to work at least 5 hours a week.

What we offer
- Generous Remuneration- For in person lessons, remuneration starts at $40 p/hr increasing to $50 p/hr with bonuses available upon meeting certain KPI. For online lessons, remuneration starts at $30 p/hr, increasing to $40 p/hr with bonuses available upon meeting certain KPI.

Requirements
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) Certified
- Excellent communication skills and command of language
- Reliable, organised and approachable tutors who are able to work autonomously
- Individuals who have ideally achieved an overall ATAR score of over 90 or a scaled ATAR equivalent of over 95 in the subject(s) they wish to teach (Applies to VCE Tutors only).
- Own vehicle & tools of trade
