About the role
The Atlas Programme consists of seven workstreams working in a multinational, inclusive and diverse team having members across different countries such as: Denmark, Poland, Turkey and India. As our Programme Lead it will be your responsibility to steer the implementation while ensuring that the business is able to understand, and fully embrace the change taking place in DFDS. Additionally, it will be your responsibility to ensure that all workstreams are able to efficiently plan the work ahead of them and that obstacles standing in their way are removed so focus is maintained on implementing D365 across DFDS.
In this position, you will join Core Transformation & Integrations (CT&I), a part of the Technology & Innovation division at DFDS. We are a high performing team with an entrepreneurial mindset, digitizing and standardizing DFDS to build the foundation for future growth where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact while working closely with various stakeholders across the organization. You will get a direct, transparent and empowering manager and work from our headquarters located in Nordhavn, Copenhagen.
About you
We are looking for an experienced Programme Lead familiar with leading big and complex projects involving many stakeholders across functional and technical areas. We do not expect you to know every detail of finance, procurement or system configurations, however, you must be curious by nature and skilled at asking questions to ensure progress.
Moreover, the ideal candidate is very structured, an experienced planner and able to address critical matters in an efficient manner. We also weigh that you are a good communicator, have highly developed collaboration skills and are excellent at motivating people around you while building strong relations.
Additionally, we expect that you:
- Have a relevant educational background either within Business or IT
- Have minimum 5 years of experience in running large IT projects in multinational companies, preferably with cross-functional teams spread across multiple locations
- Have a consultancy mindset and a proven toolbox that allows you to convey solutions across all levels of an organization
- Are an experienced workshop facilitator and are exceptionally skilled at asking the right questions
- You enjoy thinking strategically while also following up and supporting your immediate team on a day to day basis
- You thrive in an environment where no day looks like the previous one
- You are a certified Project Manager and have extensive hands-on experience in the role in addition to having the certification
- You have extensive experience with development tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA
