The core of your role will be to lead, coordinate and find financing for projects in the health sector . Your role will involve overseeing cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are executed successfully within allocated timeframes and budgets, and contributing to the organization's overall R&D strategy. You will also need to be organized and detail-oriented, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and on budget and quickly adapt to new situations.

Tareas

Tasks

You will have to feel comfortable giving support to the rest of the team and you can definitely expect to:

• Identify funding opportunities in the healthcare sector
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Align project goals with the overall R&D strategy of the organization.
• Build and manage cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing clear direction and support.
• Oversee the execution of research and development projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and outcomes.

Requisitos

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of working experience, of which 3 must be in a similar position.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biomedical engineering, life sciences, healthcare management).
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in research and development in the health sector.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and R&D processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
