As a Sales Call Centers Coordinator your duties will be the following:

  • Develop and expand the external sales call centers network in the assigned area, following the commercial policy
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of external sales call centers to maximize results
  • Provide training, support, and advice to external sales call centers and partners
  • Implement the sales channels strategy as directed by the Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Generate and deliver monthly sales reports, analyzing sales KPIs and proposing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other units on sales activities within the assigned area
  • Achieve set targets and goals for the area, identifying growth opportunities
  • Gather market information from external partners and monitor the energy market competition
  • Address customer service issues raised by external partners, forwarding them to the relevant sector
  • Foster positive relationships with partners, acting as the main point of contact for their needs
  • Resolve conflicts and suggest actions to improve sales performance in a timely manner
  • Handle administrative tasks as required to support sales efforts

The ideal candidate for the position of Sales Call Centers Coordinator is a professional with:

  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • Master degree will be an asset
  • At least 2 years of prior work experience in similar position
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet)
  • Very Good knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of CRM, ERP software
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent partner experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Effective time management to achieve monthly goals
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently but also as a team member
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners

At least 2 years of prior work experience in similar position
