We are recruiting for a BPO consultancy a Sales Operations Manager to join their teams in Athens.

TASKS:

  • Improve the key success metrics associated with goals (revenue targets, customer satisfaction score, quality goals)
  • Manage key client stakeholders
  • Mentor managers to ensure achievement of company and client goals while addressing employee related issues and coordinating training on new or revised information relating to services, products or processes of projects
  • Bring your time management and organizational skills to help support managers on their multiple, complex, on‐going tasks and projects.

Profil :

  • fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in call center sales (BPO) in (B2B)
  • Minimum of 3 years' sales team management experience with proven track record (managing team of 10 FTEs+)
  • Strong leadership skills, managing client relationships. Coach, mentor and supervise using Project Management methodologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Analytical, design and development skills. Methodical approach to requirements gathering, project planning, stakeholder management, and change management
  • Strong time and priority management skills, able to juggle multiple projects at once across multiple time zones
  • Advanced computer skills, full proficiency with MS Office products
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision while also being a team player
  • Detail-oriented with a self-motivated mindset
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (extended evening and weekend hours as needed)
  • Ability to travel as needed
