We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive sales and develop a market for primarily our Corporate Tax products, ONESOURCE and Global Trade.

We help corporate tax teams practice more efficiently, deliver greater value to their business and drive tax compliance and accounting decision making. In this role you will target key decision makers across corporate firms and leading professional services organisations. This role is based in Taiwan.

About the role

In this new opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Drive revenue growth of products and solutions by meeting or exceeding both new sales and retention quotas.
  • Be responsible for identifying potential sales and retention opportunities and creating campaigns to engage as an individual or team.
  • Participate in pre-sales calls, create and deliver customized presentations (in person or online), provides written proposals and subject-matter expertise for solutions products for individual deals.
  • Utilize knowledge of business and workflows to determine and position value-added solutions offering to promote business growth in the firm and to increase sales and customer retention.
  • Execute strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g., regional/global sales teams, service teams, legal, support, etc.)
  • Provide quarterly feedback on competitors and monthly forecast for all accounts in your region.
  • Ensure a successful transition post-sale to the necessary teams to enable successful implementation, training and product adoption.
  • Operate as an integral member of the sales team, contributing skills and knowledge to account plans.
  • Understand the technical requirements of customers and work closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of product offerings for developers.
  • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to increasing customer adoption.
  • Complete and participate in agreed training plans.

About You

In this role of Senior Business Development Manager, you will have:

  • Minimum 8-10 years’ sales experience in a professional field; experience working in international companies preferred.
  • Experience in IT Solution, Software or Cloud or Professional Service. Enterprise Resource Planning background will be plus, such as SAP, Oracle, and Digiwin
  • Experience in managing large corporate accounts (both local and global) of manufacturing and High-Tech (Semi-Conductor) industry.
  • Understanding in-house finance & Tax functions preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation and consultative sales skills
  • Customer centric approach
  • Good English skills
