J&P Civil Engineering is recruiting a Site Supervisor to manage our workforce across groundwork and civil engineering sites varying in value from £50k to £2.5m.
The successful candidate will report to our Operations Manager and be responsible for the successful execution of projects allocated to them. This could be one large project which would be full-time attendance at one site or 2 to 3 smaller projects requiring a mobile management approch.
Their primary responsibilities are to plan and coordinate health and safety and construction activities and to put our operatives to work in a safe efficient manner to achieve the productivity and programme targets set by their line manager.
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity, support, and necessary training to allow career development during the expansion of our organisation.
Candidates are required to have a minimum of 8 years of experience and possess an SMSTS or SSSTS qualification and full driving licence.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 07.30 to 17.00, with on occasion the need to deviate from this timeframe to suit the needs of our business. The role will be site based throughout the northwest.
