The GBS Change Manager will work with leaders and employees at all levels in the organization and will act as a coach for these leaders in helping them fulfill the role of a change sponsor and help provide direction, support and coaching to all levels of managers as they help their direct reports through the necessary transitions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Connect with leaders in GBS and stakeholders in the business to create thoughtful change strategies: Gain a holistic view of all GBS projects impacting a specific business function and align these with our change management playbook. This is to ensure a clear and concise approach, with pace, so change can be accepted and adopted and to mitigate change fatigue & resistance.
  • Apply an organizational-specific structured methodology and lead communication and change management activities: Apply a change management process and tools to aid the creation of a strategy to support adoption of the changes required to make the project and business successful. This will include leadership engagement, communication, knowledge management, training and organizational alignment.
  • Assess the change impact: Conduct impact assessment, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders across the organization, impacted by the change.
  • Support training efforts: Provide input, document requirements and support the design, development and implementation of training, including knowledge, skill and capability building.
  • Lead change management assessments & pulse surveys to track readiness and adoption. Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics.

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE
  • You have 3-5 years experience in Change Management;
  • You have at least 3 years of leadership/management experience.
  • You are a strong change management professional with significant experience executing project work streams for Change Management, Training and/or process improvement activities.
  • You are on board to travel globally as required – up to 4 international visit per year
  • Experience of working with external implementation partners. A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Familiarity with project management approaches (desired Agile and Waterfall), tools and phases of the project lifecycle, as well as, experience with large-scale, organizational change efforts
