International Consumer – Outsourcing Associate – Warsaw

You will be working within a larger team that is responsible for Regulatory Interactions, Governance, Integrations and Outsourcing for International Consumer Banking (ICB) Line of business and your area of responsibility will be in the Outsourcing team. Given the Dynamo culture of helping where the need arises, you will collaborate across all ICB to help in the management of ongoing suppliers as well as regulatory reporting deliverables and design, assist in the development, implementation and management of processes related to outsourcing and any other new projects the team takes up.

Job responsibilities:

  • Supplier lifecycle (onboarding, steady state and termination) oversight and support
  • Quality Control reviews of all supplier onboarding and steady state tasks
  • Project management oversight and reporting, with a focus on supplier management. Identify and implement continuous service improvement opportunities
  • Ensuring compliance with firmwide and local Policies, Standards & Control Procedures, working within the confines of the applicable governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Design, distribution and continuous support of Outsourcing metrics, status updates, management, and other reporting as required.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the overall business and technology processes across International Consumer to deliver on the team’s/ICB’s objectives.
  • Innovate and design solutions and contingencies in the assurance and oversight of Supplier Risk.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in compliance, controls or operational risk.
  • Ability to communicate with various stakeholder groups at different levels and within different areas of the business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking skills, effective interpersonal skills and strong formal presentation abilities
  • Strong vendor relationship management experience and contractual oversight/negotiation experience
  • Understanding of EU/UK Outsourcing Regulatory requirements
  • Strong project management experience/understanding, having managed multiple tasks/projects concurrently with the ability to continuously multitask
  • Self-starter and ambitious to develop in a fast-moving firmwide function, that is forward-looking and Service Delivery oriented.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Understanding of IT environment (cloud infrastructure, architecture, data management)
  • Experience in working within Agile environment (Scrum / Kanban) and comfortable with tools including Jira, Confluence
  • Bachelor’s Degree
