Customer Finance Analyst (Commercial) [Panama]


 
Objective of the position Provide support and streamline administrative processes related to the sales force such as credit notes and support stationery to recognize customers payments related to commercial activities according to the Gross To Net policy. Key Responsibilities 1. Process the Credit note requirements requested by the sales executives, attaching all the support stationery according to the Gross to Net guidelines so that they are credited to the clients. 2.

Scan all the supporting documents to document the performance of the commercial activities agreed with the clients. 3. Initiate ticket requests in the planned system, attaching all supporting documents. 4.

Provide timely information and visibility to sales executives according to the status of said requests, posted in the system, so that executives can take the necessary actions. 5. Coordinate with the office helper, the printing of credit notes. 6.

Organize the stationery for the sales executives. 7. Support the checking account process by providing a status to the Country Finance Manager in order to take corrective actions that prevent a negative impact on the performance of days on the street (DOS - Days Outstanding Sales). Requirements University Degree 1+ year experience in financial department Desirable accounting experience Intermediate English 75% Excel (Proficient)
