Introducing the role of Marketing Brand Ambassador at our dynamic Residential Fundraising company. We're a leading fundraising agency dedicated to supporting important causes and making a positive impact in local communities. As a Ambassador, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting individuals with opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects that change lives.

What You'll Do:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with residential customers who are passionate about making a difference.
  • Engage and educate potential donors about the importance and impact of our fundraising initiatives.
  • Tailor fundraising marketing strategies to meet the needs and preferences of individual donors, ensuring a personalised and positive experience.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement creative campaigns to increase donor participation and support.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in our CRM system to track donor interactions and fundraising progress.

What You'll Bring:

  • A genuine passion for connecting with people and inspiring them to take action.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple donor relationships effectively.
  • Proven ability to work independently while being an active team player.
  • A positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Previous experience in fundraising or customer service roles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £11.00-£15.00 per hour
