As a Ambassador, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting individuals with opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects that change lives.
What You'll Do:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with residential customers who are passionate about making a difference.
- Engage and educate potential donors about the importance and impact of our fundraising initiatives.
- Tailor fundraising marketing strategies to meet the needs and preferences of individual donors, ensuring a personalised and positive experience.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement creative campaigns to increase donor participation and support.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and data in our CRM system to track donor interactions and fundraising progress.
What You'll Bring:

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple donor relationships effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently while being an active team player.
