Job Description:
As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our growth by driving strategic outbound initiatives, emphasizing closing clients and direct outreach. The position requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a proven track record in outbound sales, a strategic mindset and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Send Cold DMs on Instagram to generate leads and close clients.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile.
- Craft compelling responses to continue conversations and pique the interest of potential leads.
- Analyzing and refining sales strategies to maximize outreach effectiveness.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for initiating conversations and closing clients.
- Stay up-to-date with Instagram trends, features, and changes that could impact lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling responses.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding conversion targets.
- Familiarity with Instagram as a marketing platform, including knowledge of direct messaging best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Salary: 25k + commissions
