- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Real Estate in the U.S. market.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for precision.
- Experience with Google Suite, Word and Excel.
- Fast, reliable and good communicator with excellent phone handling skills.
- A self-starter and a team player that takes initiative to complete tasks within deadline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Efficiently manage and organize leads, including follow-ups, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a comprehensive database.
- Listing Coordination: Assist in creating and managing property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for prospective buyers.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including email correspondence, calendar management, and document preparation.
- Client Communication: Engage with clients through various channels, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Market Research:Conduct research on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor analysis to support informed decision-making.
