Job Purpose
Manages all marketing strategic plans & executions for vision care products. Analyses, plans, implements and controls sales & marketing strategies & activities to attain company objectives. Ensures maximum profits & brand equity building with the best utilization of available resources.

Major Accountabilities
  • Owns P&L of the respective brand.
  • Develops strategies and action plans to achieves annual sales and market share objectives.
  • Analyses market data and consumer insights for business decisions.
  • Owns and leads new product launch planning & executions.
  • Manages communication with sales, cross functional, regional, and international teams to deliver the business goals by driving stakeholders to common objectives.
  • Manages activations and promotions.
  • Effectively allocate resources according to annual budget.
  • Efficient, timely and accurate reporting of sales and marketing reports.
  • Responsible for S&OP planning based on market trend and projections.
  • Manages external agencies (Creative, Digital, PR, Media, & Design)
  • Comply with all legal, regulatory, and ethical business requirements in executing the assigned roles and responsibilities as defined in the local regulation and the Corporate procedure.
Ideal Background
  • Education: B.A. degree in Business or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing
  • Preferred: 10+ years of marketing and trade marketing experience in multi-national FMCG
  • Fluent in both English and Korean
Eligibility Requirements
No reason for disqualification on overseas business trip
Men are required or exempted from military service.

Information on returning employment documents
