Lead of Sales System and Project

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Relocate the existing system environment and functions to CRM system, integrate the new business requirements.
• Coordinate and manage CRM projects, including organize meetings, monitor project execution processes, identify and assist in resolving major risk points, and control requirement changes, and put into the right CRM solutions
• Enhance the CRM system / existing system for business development, as well as push the user engagement.
• Lead a successful solution to improve the efficiency of data preparation and data cleaning, improve the user overall satisfaction.
• To meet the different business perspectives of view, establish an in-ternal database for the internal and cross function, run the sales re-ports job as a monthly base, and make improvements if necessary.
• To be the window between IT and the business.
• Responsible for following up and managing system processes in the sales department In accordance with company compliance.
• Work closely with cross function team to gather business requirement and translation to technical team through systematic thinking.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• Bachelor or above.
• 5 years related experience, CRM and IT BP experience is preferred.
• Master SQL / VBA / Python is plus.
• Independently, as well as a team worker.
