1.Directs and controls all subordinate kitchen staff to ensure that all day-to-day operational matters are handle on time and guest expectations are meet.
2.Conducts periodic checks of all food delivery and storage areas to ensure quality of food and standards of hygiene been maintained.
3.Assists in the implementation of the annual promotion plan and menu change cycle.
4.Assists in menu planning as directed, and utilizes sales analysis and menu engineering techniques accordingly.
5.Assists in maintaining standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen and related areas.
An advanced level culinary, hospitality or business degree.- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with a diverse team.
- Creative, innovative and self-motivated with strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.
- At least 3 years experience in managing and participating in Thai restaurant operations, including production, promotion, food service management and inventory control.
