The Role.
They are seeking to appoint a very tech savvy administrator to join their dynamic, high performing team, and support their Travel Designers in all aspects of finalizing tailor-made travel experiences, for their high-end clients.
The Team creates the most amazing holiday packages - from dreamy destinations, the most decadent luxury lodges, to discreet private villas in the most spectacular locations. A true luxury holiday experience.
Their discerning clients are used to receiving high levels of service and it will be your job to assist the team to ensure that they are looked after, and the delivery of their holiday experience is first rate.
You will provide full administrative support to the team - creating itineraries, finalising travel arrangements, handling email correspondence, and fulfilling a wide range of administration support tasks.
Role Responsibilities:
Assist a dedicated team with providing an impeccable service and tailored luxury holidays for their elite clients.
- Supporting a team of Travel Designers with all their administration requirements.
- Prepare documentation for client's itineraries.
- Assist with overall management of workflow.
- Work cohesively with the team to ensure each itinerary is on spec and delivered to the client on time.
- Become a central point of contact for all requirements around office and any stationary needs.
- Ensure all relevant and up to date information is forwarded to the chosen tourism suppliers.
- Quoting and assisting in producing itineraries.
- Email correspondence and other general administration.
Someone who has previously worked in the travel industry would be great, but a particularly good administrator, with experience in the areas below would be able to learn the rest.
About You:
- Methodical working style.
- Able to manage a varied workload where multi-tasking is essential.
- Customer focused, with a professional written communication style.
- Tech savvy - Very competent PC and systems ability with at least intermediate MS Office, Word, Excel, and Access.
- Process and systems driven - Efficient and effective!
- Attention to detail, strong accuracy, and good proof-reading skills.
- A good geographical knowledge of New Zealand is advantageous.
- Must be organised. Good time management with a sense of urgency.
- Knowledge of Tourwriter software is a bonus but can be learned.
