Your role

We’re looking for a Client Account Manager to:

  • support UHNW client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
  • be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits
  • be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients
  • research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients and internal partners in a timely and professional manner
  • support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals and the like
  • collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • identify cross-selling opportunities and go the extra mile in holistic banking coverage

Your team

You’ll be working in the UHNW team Europe South in Geneva. As Client Account Manager you'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager for the wealthiest families. You’ll be part of the client coverage team and closely collaborate with client advisors. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.
The UHNW team in Geneva covers clients from Spain, Portugal, France & Belgium. Your focus will be on Iberian clients but we also need your expertise to cover French & Belgium clients.

Your expertise

inancial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry
  • sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results and unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
  • team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
  • solid comprehension of financial products and solutions like deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment, and credit products
  • able to utilize tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible
  • interest in financial markets and in dealing with institutional-like clients
  • confident, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • fluent in Spanish & French (oral and written). English, Portuguese as well as further languages are an asset
