Job Description:
Tekgo Med is looking for a passionate Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Birmingham, AL. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting sterile processing technicians with accuracy, speed, and efficiency. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in recruiting within a healthcare setting, with preference for recruiting traveling medical techs (surgical or sterile processing techs).
Job Requirements:
- Sourcing candidates by using databases, social media networks (primarily Facebook), and other resources
- Perform targeted candidate searches; increase applicant flow via internet job boards, employee referrals, local advertising and social networks
- Must have exceptional computer skills and well-versed in Microsoft Office, text messages, and social media.
- At least 3 years of healthcare recruiting experience
- Experienced recruiting sterile processing technicians
- Possesses strong communication skills
- Good screening and onboarding abilities
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Passion for recruiting
- Self-starter who is motivated and organized
- Excellent team player
