Amazon KDB Book Marketer
StoryTerrace is a fast growing, London headquartered consumer-tech scale-up with 40+ employees and a pool of over 600 vetted freelancers in Europe and the United States. The company’s vision is to create a world in which every life story is captured in a meaningful way. Its core service – to turn a life story into a book using its proprietary technology platform and a global network of ghostwriters – is growing over 100% year on year. StoryTerrace is the leader in this emerging new product category.
StoryTerrace is in the process of expanding its self-publishing programme. As part of this expansion, we are looking to hire 2 freelance book marketers to add to our freelance book marketing team.
In this capacity, the KDP Book Marketer will
- Consult with self-publishing client to determine and explain Amazon marketing plan
- Create and design Amazon A+ page content for each client title
- Design and oversee Amazon advertising campaigns
- Create Amazon discounted price promotions
- Manage and update Amazon keyword and category assignments as needed
Additional marketing activities may be required and determined on a per-client basis – including creating social media posts, sending Advance Reader PDFs to potential reviewers and review publications, and paid non-Amazon advertising.
The KDP Book Marketer will
- Have demonstrated experience creating, executing, and reporting on marketing campaigns for Amazon KDP-published authors
- Be comfortable working with first-time authors
- Have the ability to work on multiple marketing campaigns at the same time
- Have experience with additional book marketing activities
The US marketer will work with our clients based in North America. You will work with StoryTerrace’s UK-based Global Publishing Manager.
